Terms of Service
I use Google Forms for commission requests, and normally post on Twitter and Discord when these open.
Discord is the most reliable place to get notifications from me when new slots are available.References:- When filling out the form please include all relevant references needed for appropriate pricing.- Complex details will incur extra fees. Some examples of complex details are: intricate patterns/tattoos, weapons, complex jewelry, armor, layered clothing, etc.NSFW:- The poses for NSFW pieces are to remain tasteful.- I do not do extreme body proportions.- I do not work with some kinks and expressions.Payment:- Payments are received exclusively through Paypal Invoices. I will need an email address from you to set it up. The invoice needs to be paid before I start working on the commission.Process:- I am more than happy to make edits throughout the sketching phase, which is the whole purpose of my sending various updates (usually 1-3, for the pose, color, etc.).- Any edits requested when the piece is almost complete will require an additional payment. Usually from +15 USD, depending on what is to be fixed/added.Refunds:Refunds are available up until the first rough sketch has been confirmed/before line-art. Once the lineart is done only a partial refund might be available, depending on the amount of work already completed. If the piece is almost finished, no refund will be issued.Advertisement:All pieces I make will be potentially used for advertisement. If you do not want yours to be used for commission promotion please let me know in advance. Likewise, if you do not want me to post WIPs on Discord, let me know in advance- especially if this is meant to be a surprise for someone!General Expectations:- Do not sell/trace my pieces without my permission.- Do not use the pieces made for other commissioners as if they were your own.- Credit me when/if you post the finished commission in other places and keep the signature on the piece.- Do not steal anyone’s OC. I will remove and block you from my social media and gift the art to the original owner of the OC. No refunds will be given.I reserve the right to decline a request should the content make me uncomfortable, if interaction with the commissioner is unpleasant, or if I believe I cannot deliver or capture the idea you are after.

The current commission intake does not have a set number of slots and is not first come, first served, either.Instead of confirming and sending a batch of invoices I will be selecting one request at a time, sending the invoice for that, and then repeating the process.The Google form will allow people to send multiple requests if desired, but please keep in mind that I will work at a slower pace than usual since I also work full-time.I cannot guarantee I will work on all requests sent, and if for any reason I need to delete an entry I will let the client know as well.Any questions in regards to this process can be asked in my discord <3
